I still see brands on some clothing. Are the products TOS friendly?

• Yes. All products on this store are TOS friendly.

• Most brands you see on the clothing are either lore-friendly brands from GTA V or alternative fictional brands created specifically for our products. We do not use real-world copyrighted brands.

I have a problem with my payment or purchase. What should I do?

• Please join our Discord server and create a support ticket.

• Our team will assist you with payment issues, missing products, purchase problems, or other order-related questions.

Where can I download my purchased products?

• After completing your purchase, you should receive access to your download through Tebex.

• You can also check your Tebex account or purchase confirmation email for your order details.

I did not receive my product after purchasing.

• Please wait a few minutes and check your email, including your spam folder.

• If you still cannot access your purchase, join our Discord server and create a support ticket with your Tebex order information.

Can I get a refund?

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Please read the product description and requirements carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, contact us through Discord and we will help resolve it.

Can I redistribute, leak, or share the files?

• Yes. All products are designed for FiveM unless stated otherwise in the product description.

• Please check each product page for specific compatibility information and requirements.
